Perfect for a snack.♪😊 🍞食パンで作る簡単ラスクです。 美味しくて味見が止まらなくなるので、心してお作りください! 📌 材料はこちら ↓ ★English recipe is below★ ---------------------------- 【材料】 ・6枚切りパン 3枚 ・有塩バター 40g ・グラニュー糖 35g 【作り方】 ①パンを皿に並べ電子レンジで3分加熱し、冷ます。 ②パンが冷めたら、2cm角に切る。 ③フライパンを弱火で熱し、バターを溶かし、パンを入れて全体をよく混ぜる。 パンがしっかり乾燥するよう、からからになるまで炒める。 焦がさないよう弱火。パンを一旦バットなどに取り出しておく。 ④フライパンを綺麗にし、グラニュー糖を入れたら、弱中火~弱火で 茶色に色づくまで加熱する。 濃い茶色にしてしまうと苦くなるので気を付ける。 ⑤一旦火を止めて、パンを加えてキャラメルを全体に絡めたら、再び火をつけて、さっと火を加えて出来上がり! 🍞関連レシピ 【揚げずにつくる♡簡単きな粉パン】 https://youtu.be/-NKNpf0CQeE レシピ本も宜しくどうぞ。毎度おおきに♡ 📚レシピ本「ふたりごはん」扶桑社より発売中 Amazon:https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/4594099327 【Ingredients】 ・3 slices sandwich bread (6-slice thickness) ・40g salted butter ・35g granulated sugar 【Directions】 1.Arrange the bread on a plate and microwave for 3 minutes. Let it cool. 2.Once the bread has cooled, cut it into 2 cm cubes. 3.Heat a frying pan over low heat, melt the butter, and add the bread cubes. Mix well so the butter coats all the bread. Cook until the bread becomes completely dry and crispy. Keep the heat low so it doesn’t burn. Once dry, transfer the bread to a tray or plate. Wipe the frying pan clean, add the granulated sugar, and heat over low-medium to low heat until it turns light brown. Be careful not to make it too dark, or it will taste bitter. 5.Turn off the heat once, add the bread cubes, and coat them evenly with the caramel. Turn the heat back on briefly and toss quickly to finish. Enjoy!
