En este fragmento de GDentalk hablamos con André Castelo Pichel (abogado especialista en protección de datos, derecho digital, IA y ciberseguridad) sobre una duda que está en TODAS las clínicas: 📲 “¿Puedo usar WhatsApp con pacientes?” La mensajería instantánea puede usarse para comunicaciones mínimas como recordatorios de cita u avisos puntuales usando el número de teléfono, pero hay que aplicar minimización, ofrecer vías alternativas y asegurarse de que el mensaje llega solo al paciente (no a grupos ni a terceros). Y lo importante: como por la naturaleza de la relación clínica, muchos mensajes pueden acabar incluyendo datos de salud y puede no ser aconsejable comunicarse por estos medios, especialmente con datos sensibles. • ✅ Sí: recordatorio/confirmación de cita, cambios de hora, indicaciones logísticas mínimas. • ❌ Mejor no: informes, diagnósticos, resultados, radiografías, fotos clínicas… (dato de salud = riesgo). 🎧 Si tienes clínica, este espisodio te interesa.
