Le déficit de la Sécurité sociale a dépassé les 13 milliards d’euros. En cause notamment : la fraude. Assurés, professionnels de santé, employeurs… nombreux sont ceux qui contournent les règles, au détriment des finances publiques. Chaque année, ces pratiques représentent un manque à gagner colossal pour l’État. Face à ce phénomène, les autorités ont renforcé les dispositifs de contrôle. Mais ces mesures sont-elles réellement efficaces ? Peut-on véritablement enrayer la fraude ? Pendant plusieurs semaines, nous avons suivi ceux qui sont en première ligne. Agents de l’URSSAF, contrôleurs de la CAF, forces de l’ordre… tous mènent une lutte quotidienne contre ces abus. Une bataille complexe, souvent semée d’obstacles.
