You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰 Recipe for cooking and ingredients: (for a pan ≈20–22 cm / 8–9 inches, 6–8 servings): For the Banana Base (First Layer): • Ripe bananas (large) — 2 pcs or (small) — 3 pcs (≈400–450 g) • Eggs — 2 pcs • Greek yogurt — 1¼ cups (9 oz / 250 g) For the Chocolate Banana Layer: • Ripe bananas (small) — 3 pcs or (large) — 2 pcs (≈400–450 g) • Egg — 1 pc • Rice flour — 4 tablespoons (≈40 g) • Sweetener (stevia) — 1 teaspoon • Cocoa powder — 4 tablespoons (≈20–24 g) For the Cottage Cheese Top Layer: • Cottage cheese (5–9% fat) — 2 cups (9 oz / 260 g) • Rice flour — 4 tablespoons (≈40 g) • Sweetener (stevia) — 1½ teaspoons • Egg — 1 pc • Milk — 1 cup (4 fl oz / 120 ml) + additional ½ cup (2 fl oz / 60 ml) Serving & Storage Let the dessert cool slightly — it tastes even better!
