Clean the board thoroughly using isopropyl alcohol. Use a magnifying glass to closely inspect and trace any damaged wires or connections. Desolder all the pins connecting the board to the fuse box and connectors. Check underneath for hidden corrosion or damage caused by water. Clean again with isopropyl alcohol if needed. Reassemble the board, carefully resolder all connections, and reinstall.
