The story continues with a brand new graphic novel, The Long Lived King, dropping September 29th! And Disney’s going out of their way to let you know that this is NOT for kids! What does that exactly mean? Well, for starters, we’re going to get The Owl House in its purest form! A version of the series that isn’t completely restricted by the powers that be at Disney and thus can get away with a lot more. The Long Lived King is set two years after the events of Watching and Dreaming, centered around King as he pretty much has an existential crisis over the realization that since he’s a titan, he’s going to outlive Eda and Luz. Not wanting that to weigh him down, he tries using one of the Collector’s devices to wipe his sad memories, but accidentally erases Luz’s memories.
