Dublin Airport Avis Preferred unmanned even for President Members. It was long time waiting Avis and Budgets share the counter service. Although big sign saying Avis Preferred, but all must join regardless of the member status including President Members. I waited for over 35 mins for to be served and when I got the counter I was told the bar code scanner was not working to scan the E-Voucher. All in all not a good experience. I was told I had an up grade up felt not much of a up grade car was dirty outside and inside the parking lot at the AirPower Preferred area poor experience too. because of the staff there would not help and they said did not speak English and walked off.
