Then add the eggs and vanilla, and mix again till everything is well combined. In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients—maida, baking powder, elaichi powder, and nutmeg powder. Now gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Also add the grated khova and mix everything nicely until you get a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan or divide it into cupcake molds.
