"You may now be arrested in India for helping a transgender person..." Raghavi Shukla, first openly transgender lawyer to have argued in the Supreme Court, explains how the new Act can be weaponised. "There are friends of mine who have been forced into conversion therapies, shock treatment, corrective rapes.
